who maintains and preserves the records in an electronic format that           
provides these protections is not required to"

	Delete "without maintaining"                                                  
	Insert "maintain"                                                             
	Following "separate"                                                          
	Insert "paper"                                                                
	Delete "in a handwritten or other tangible format"                            
                                                                               
Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that

amendment to Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no
